Organic Honey

Castello d’Angio’s organic honey is a food product made by bees from the nectar of flowers or the secretion either exuded by the live parts of plants which are harvested, transformed, enzyme-enriched, and stored until the ripening stage into honeycombs.

Bees transform the major part of the sucrose contained in the nectar secreted by the flowers into glucose and fructose, thus favoring the high digestibility and honey assimilation from human organism.

Aside from the preponderant carbohydrate component, which determines its energy value, its food and therapeutic qualities are driven by its minor components. The honey is definitively a complex product able to sustain a versatile and beneficial action on the whole human organism.
